We assist in establishing budgets prior to full contract document development to minimize over design. Prior to full release of contract documents we meet with the local municipalities to assure code compliance. Once design is completed, as an owner’s representative, we can assist in subcontractor selection and contract administration. We can also provide full site development and construction for a complete IPD.
